New subscription from 2025: Basic and Pro

Starting January 1, 2025, we will introduce a new subscription model with two options: Basic (free) and Pro.

The goal is to give our users more freedom of choice and allow them to select a subscription that best fits their specific needs.

Basic subscription (free)
The Basic subscription will remain free and available to all users. This subscription provides access to the essential features of the platform.

Pro subscription
The Pro subscription offers users more flexibility and benefits for a fixed fee. The following advantages apply:

• Lower transaction costs: Both Basic and Pro users pay 10% per transaction, with a minimum of €35. However, Pro users benefit from a cap: their transaction costs are limited to a maximum of €250, regardless of transaction size.

• Automatic link with insurers: We can automatically establish connections with insurers (ASR and VGZ), so you can benefit from the additional sustainable reimbursements.

• Bundling of orders: Orders can be bundled, so shipping costs are only charged once.

• Guaranteed payment within 14 days: Basic users are only paid out once we have received the payment ourselves.

The cost of the Pro version is €9.99 per month, billed annually.
