What is PharmaSwap?

PharmaSwap is a unique, so called sharing marketplace, developed by Dutch Pharmacists hosted on the FLOOW2 platform. An online platform which enables Pharmacists to share demand and supply of subscription medication.

We strongly believe that by creating transparency on who has what, where and when available, we can reduce spillage of medication approaching expiration date, or for which need has seized to exist because a patient changed treatment or left your client base for another reason. By optimizing usage of medication already in the market we can contribute to enormous cost savings in healthcare, whilst at the same time working on a more sustainable system by preventing potentially hazardous medicines from unnecessarily entering waste streams.
